There has been much buzz about Sequels and remakes these days. From Kabir Singh to Satyamev Jayate 2, every film has its own take home for audiences. Another sequel which is about to hit the big screens will be of the 2014 blockbuster Ek Villian. Producers Ekta Kapoor and Bhushan Kumar have joined hands for this one. Only difference is that the next one titled Ek Villian 2 wont really be a sequel but will have an entirely different story line. The film will star John Abraham and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles and the duo will be pitched against each other in the film.
Ek Villian 2 will be directed by Mohit Suri and Ekta Shared the news on her Instagram and wrote, “When the first thing u both say Is ‘JAI MATA DI ‘ Looking forward to up the entertainment quotient with @bhushankumar!Starting with the sequel of 2014 blockbuster – #EkVillain!” The film will hit the big screens on 8th January 2021. Meanwhile John will soon be seen in Mumbai Saga while Aditya will be seen opposite Disha Patani in Malang.
