Prominent figures, celebrities, and influencers are encouraging everyone to stay indoors to be safe and healthy as the impact of the novel coronavirus has been global. While the release of her upcoming film, Sooryavanshi, has been postponed due to coronavirus outbreak, Katrina Kaif has urged fans to stay safe. On Sunday, the actress shared two pictures of herself with Sister Isabelle and friends, and asked her fans to follow safety measures recommended by health professionals.
Sharing a couple of pictures with her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, sister Isabelle and team members, she wrote, “Hope everyone is staying safe … please follow all precautionary safety measures as recommended by the health professionals …. Exercise and meditation help your body’s immune system … keep your environment clean and happy.” A few days ago, the actress shared a statement announcing the postponement of Sooryavanshi due to the coronavirus outbreak. While Delhi, Kerala and the UT of Jammu and Kashmir governments have issued orders to shut all theatres till March 31, makers of films like Sooryavanshi and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar have decided to postpone the release of the films. Till Sunday, around 107 coronavirus cases were reported in India. The number of cases includes two people who died in Delhi and Karnataka. Earlier, Sooryavanshi was slated to release on March 24. The makers have now said that they will release the film when the time is right.
