Directed & Produced by K.C. Bokadia, stars Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Prada, Suresh Oberoi, Raadhika, Amrish Puri, Kiran Kumar released on the 10th of August 1990.It is a crime drama film, remake of a Tamil film ‘En Thangachi Padichava’(1998).

A landlord Thakur Bhupendra Singh (Amrish Puri) has a son Ajit (Rishabh Shukla) who rules over a small community.   Ajit befriends the local girl Laxmi (Raadhika) pregnant, and disowns their relationship.  Bheema (Amitabh Bachchan) is her brother who goes to them to pleads with them to accept her as their daughter in law which off course is refused by the landlords.  They throw him out of the village and kill his sister. To avenge the death of his sister and the injustice, Bheema kills Ajit and is sent to the prison. When he completes his sentence and returns, he is not allowed to stay in the community.  Bheema is ready to leave but the police officer asks him to come back, so he does, In the mean time,  his nephew is kidnapped by the Thakur with a condition he gets the signatures from all the villagers and sign of their assets to him he will give back his nephew to him.
