The film is directed by C.V. Sridhar, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Jeetendra, Bindu, Prem Chopra. Released on the 27th of July 1973.
Hema (Hema Malini) is the daughter of Dharamchand, who is the chairperson of the Olympic Bank, after the audit Hema finds him dead in his bedroom and immediately informs her brother Ratan (Amitabh Bachchan). After he arrives a suicide note is found Witten by their father saying he had embezzled 20 lakhs and could not pay it back so commits suicide. Ratan does not tell anyone as he does not want to spoil their family name. He starts getting threat calls from a blackmailer Shekhar and asks him to help in a bank robbery or he will disclose his father’s fraud. He thus decides to help him and they are successful in their plan, but Hema sees one of the culprits and tells Ratan who in turn tells her to keep quiet.
Sagar (Jeetendra) ,Ratan’s very good friend arrives from Delhi. He finds out that he is a cop by profession and he will investigate and find out the details of the Bank robbery.
