“Jai Hanuman” is Prasanth Varma’s forthcoming fantasy film known for his innovative narratives. It will be the second movie in his cinematic universe, succeeding his 2023 film, “Hanuman”. The shooting for this flick has been arranged with IMAX 3D. This shall present an ultimate visual experience based on epic story narration.
“Rishab Shetty” stars in the film as Hanuman - God person and an immortal inmate of his word to Lord ram. “Teja Sajja” will portray Hanumanthu, a contemporary connection to the god. ”Amirtha Aiyer” will play Meenakshi. Samuthirakani is going to play the roles of Vibhishana for the same mythical story.
Situated in the Kaliyuga, "Jai Hanuman" delves into the voluntary exile (Agnyathavas) of Lord Hanuman, in which he keeps himself away from worldly activities to keep his ancient promise. The tale is a celebration of his unbreakable faithfulness to Lord Ram and the unconquerable power of the vows. Taking cue from Tretayug, the movie weaves mythology with modern themes, forming a bridge between the past and the present.
The plot explores the journey of Hanumuan as he steers through a world far removed from spirituality, but held together by his vow. His silent watch and abiding commitment come into focus as the central issues, reinterpreting his mythic character anew.
Originally set to release in 2025, the film has been delayed to 2026, generating hype among the viewers. As a new film in the pipeline, "Jai Hanuman" is anticipated to mark the occasion of the spirit of faith, dedication and the universal values symbolized by Lord Hanuman. The fantasy film will establish a new standard for Indian cinema.
