Mr Singh / Mrs Mehta (2010)

Neera Singh is living with her husband Karan, in London, when one day she overhears a conversation of her husband and get suspicious. When she goes to the heard address a man opens the door. His name is Ashwin Mehta and his wife Sakhi is having an affair with Karan. She comes to know later when she sees them at a hotel together. She also meets Ashwin there but he doesn’t react much to his wife sleeping with another man, this infuriates Neera. Ashwin and Neera start confiding in each other and become friends. Ashwin being a painter asks Neera to pose for him and she readily agrees. They both start getting attracted to each other and also sleep together. Ashwin makes a nude painting of her and keeps it. One day he tells Neera that her husband has no talent except that he’s sleeping with his wife but he has settled scores with him by sleeping with Neera. This breaks her heart and she leaves him. One day at a painting exhibiton Neera sees her nude painting, while Karan is shocked to recognize it is her. When she goes close she sees a pregnant Sakhi admiring the paining. She is shocked to see Karan and Neera, and understands the whole situation well now. The movie is directed by Pravesh Bhardwaj and produced by Manu Kumaran.
