Chandni and Kuber love each other and are shape shifting snakes. They have a powerful and precious mani that many seek, especially a man named Aghuri. They try their best to get to the mani but fail every time as the snakes recognize him. He now uses the help of Rana and his men, who also want the Mani. They then capture Kuber and Chandni, however in the ensuing fight Kuber is killed and Chandni is devastated. He is then re-born as Suraj many years later and meets Chandni and marries her. Aghuri however has learned of Suraj being the reincarnation of Kuber and will do anything to get the Mani.
The film is directed and produced by Ramkumar Bohra. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The star cast includes Rajiv Kapoor, Raza Murad, Mandakini, Sudhir Pandey,Tej Sapru,Om Shivpuri and Rajendranath.
