Coming up short to capture a serial executioner, Analyst Amar Singh chooses to stopped his work and closes up as a teacher of engineering at Oxford College. Destiny comes thumping at Amar`s entryway after a break of a couple of years, as the executioner returns and can be on a killing spree. Amar chooses to return and resolve the case once and for all.
