When an honest police officer is killed on duty by a ruthless group of gangsters his family is left abandoned. The officer’s two sons are orphaned and decide to take charge of their own lives. One however becomes a tough and diligent police officer just like his father, while the other joins the ruthless gang itself. Both the brothers have only one motive in mind and that is to take revenge for their father’s murder any how. The film is directed by Shibu Mitra and produced by Hans Choudhary. The music is composed by, Rajesh Roshan. The star cast includes Sunil Dutt, Shashi Kapoor, Reena Roy and Shabana Azmi.
