Actress Celina Jaitly reportedly filed a domestic violence case against her Austrian husband Peter Haag in Mumbai .She is also seeking child custody and the damages to the tune of Rs. 50 crore.

Celina had married the Austrian entrepreneur and a hotelier in September 2018 has alleged that he has taken away her property in India and sold for their jointly owned property in Austria.

Counsel Rytim Vohra Ahuja of Karanjawala and Company Advocates who are handling Celina’s case have filed for virtual and telephonic access to their three Children, Winston, Viraaj and Arthur’s maintenance of Rs. 10 lakh per month and damages of 50 crore for physical and mental trauma caused to Celina by her husband and for the losses she has suffered.

Celina had lost both her parents and around the same time had lost her child due to which she was in depression .Her husband Peter Hagg had taken advantage of the situation and forcefully taken away her property via a gift deed. Celina’s advocates filed a suit for cancellation of the gift deed which is possible.

Celina Jaitly returned to India in October this year , however her three children remain with her husband .She has yet to file for a divorce though Peter Hagg hadn’t responded to her text messages and calls.

The actress had shared her struggles during her turbulent period. On social media she has shared the storms in her life which she had never imagined. She said she was fighting it alone without any parents or support system. Said she had never imagined a day when she would be alone without any pillar for support , her parents, brothers or her children or the man who had promised to stand by her.
