The duo Laxmikant-Pyarelal, is synonymous with melodious music like from the movies Khuda Gawah, Roti, Tezaab and Mr. India among several others. Laxmikanth Shantaram Kudalkar who passed away in 1998 has created music with Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma for more than 35 years.

 

Pyarelal will pay tribute to his late friend in the reality show Rising Star, with a live performance. The veteran music composer interacted with the shows contestants advising them to be original and not imitate any legendary singers or musicians.
