Karthikeya fame, Nikhil Siddharth is all set to return to the big screen in the upcoming Swayambhu that is slated to hit the theatres on February 13th 2026. 


However, the film’s newly released teaser met with mixed reactions from the Netizens and the social media platforms.   


Many felt it was a copy of  SS Rajamouli’s Magadheera and Baahubali and the teaser looked grand but called it a copy and criticized .


The teaser with Ravi Basrur’s score and the ingredients aim to be a major hit follows the story of an emperor in a golden age in the history. 


The teaser shared stunning visuals, bravery and very good dialogues , though the Netizens felt it was a copy the film has all the ingredients for a blockbuster or good innings once it’s released in theatres.

Swaymambhu in the lines of S S Rajamouli’s Magadheera and Baahubali is unversed biggest bets of Telugu cinema this year. The story is a grand historical epic under the banner of Pixel Studios . The movie is helmed by Bharat Krishnamachari who is also one of the writers of the film alongside writer, Vijay Kamisetty. Starring Samyuktha Menon, Nikhil Siddharth and Nabha Natesh, Nawab Shah in pivotal roles.  Music is composed by Ravi Basrur of KGF and Salaar fame while the RRR Fame K K Senthil Kumar is the cinematographer for the film.
