Pakistani fans are likely to face disappointments as Salman Khan's 'Tubelight' might not release in their country around Eid .

Salman Khan's film, ' Tubelight' is all set for the release of its teaser in 3 days and fans are just too excited and cant wait for it .   By the looks of the teaser poster, it seems to be a great film to watch.   However if reports are right, Pakistani fans are in for a disappointment as 'Tubelight' is not allowed to be released in their country around Eid.   A few local filmmakers along with the Pakistani Film Distributors Association and the Pakistani Film Producers Association together have stalled the movie from being shown during Eid in their country and would prefer Pakistani film to be released around that time.

The two Pakistani films that might clash with the release of 'Tubelight' are 'Yalghaar' and ' Shor Sharaba' .  The Indian films are said to dominate the Pakistani box office the whole year around and its only fair during their biggest festival , the Eid celebrations they want their films to be portrayed and help support the local content first.   The film is supposed to have released on Eidul Fitr and if the if the Pakistani government does not stop 'Tubelight'  I will not release my film as a protest added the film maker of 'Shor Sharaba.
Actor Mustafa Qureshi in support of the stand said the government should always give top priority to local projects and he further stated that there should be a complete ban on Indian films .

The filmmakers are however likely to push the government for not providing an NOC to the movie by writing a letter to PM Nawaz Sharif .
