Career & Achievements
Ahilya Bamroo did not attend a conventional or a traditional college. She instead focused herself on learning performing arts, music, dramatics and while growing she lived in Pondicherry and Auroville, where she studied in the Ashram school in French medium in Pondicherry. A self-learner of languages that include English, French, Bengali. She plays guitar and learnt cinematography instead of pursuing a formal education degree.
