Biography
Dev Joshi is an Indian television actor known for portraying the role of Baalveer in the Baalveer franchise. He has worked in more than 20 Gujarati films and also been a model for many of the brand advertisements. He got popular with his role as the teenage Chandra Shekhar Azad in the film Chandrashekar.
Dev made his debut in the Hindi television industry as the young Shukra in the NDTV Imagine serial, which was aired between 2009 and 2010. He had played the lead role of Young Shaurya in Kashi—Ab Na Rahe Tera Karz Kora in the year 2010.
In the year 2012, Dev was cast in the lead role as Baal Veer in the Sony SAB aired show called Baalveer. He had returned to Sony SAB to play his role in the sequel of Baalveer called Baalveer Returns, Baalveer 3, and Baalveer 4. He is very famous and popular as Baalveer, which has become a nickname for Dev Joshi.
He has acted in the film Radha Tara Vina Mane Gamtu Nathi. Dev will also reprise his role as Baalveer in the newly launched fifth season of the show that is streaming on SonyLIV.
