Shehnaaz Gill

Shehnaaz Kaur Gill started her journey in the entertainment industry in her 2015 music video, Shiv De Kitaab. In 2017, she debuted in the Punjabi film Sat Shri Akaal England. In the year 2019, she participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 13 and secured in third place. 

Her career in films began with Shiv Di Kitaab and thereafter, Shehnaaz had appeared in two Punjabi films, Majhe Di Jatti and Pindaan Diyan Kudiyan in 2016. She had her music video with Garry Sandhu released the same year titled, Yeah Baby Refix. She starred further in a few more Punjabi films such as Kala Shah Kala and Daaka in 2019.

In 2019, Shehnaaz entered as the celebrity participant in the Bigg Boss 13, followed by some others like Sidwalk, Range and Ronda Ali Peti. The season ended in February 2020 wherein she finished as a second runner-up. In February 2020, Gill appeared in Mujhse Shaadi Karoge but the film was terminated within a month because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

She then appeared in a few more music videos that included the ‘Bhula Dunga’, ‘Keh Gayi Sorry’ , ‘Kurta Pyjama’, ‘Waada Hai’ , ‘Shona Shona’ and ‘Fly’. In 2021, she appeared in a Punjabi film Honsla Rakh opposite Diljit Dosanjh.

In 2023, Shehnaaz appeared in the Hindi film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’ produced by Salman Khan. She also did a film, ‘Thank You for Coming’, produced by Rhea Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor. 

Shenaaz Gill was ranked at 13th and 11th at the Times Top 20 Most Desirable Women on Television in 2019 and 202 respectively. She was ranked at 45 in the same forum in 2020 and 2021. Gill has appeared on the digital cover of Filmfare and was awarded for “Promising Fresh Face” at the ET Inspiring Women Awards.

Shehnaaz Gill is one of the most followed Indian Television actresses on Instagram.
