Shruhad was initially hesitant to accept the role of Lord Krishna in the film Laalo – Krishna Sada Sahaayate. The role being that of a divine character, he thought might not suit him, but he went by the director’s conviction which won him over. The film went on to be a success and massive hit at the box office after the initial struggle upon its release. However, with the word of mouth, resulted as the highest grossing Gujarati film of all times.
Due to the divine role that he had essayed, he had audience showing immense devotion towards him, some even touching his feet as they associated him with the Lord himself.
Laalo- Krishna Sada Sahaayate was released on 10th October 2025 and was directed by Ankit Sakhiya and written by Krushansh Vaja, Vicky Poornima and Ankit Sakhiya. Shruhad starred alongside Reeva Rachh, Karan Joshi, Mishty Kadecha.

Besides acting, Shruhad Goswami is also involved in conducting acting workshops. He conducts residential screen acting workshops and one such was in Gir Forest which was associated with Senseact Workshop.
In 2021 Shruhad had performed in the Gujarati web series, Pahela Gulzaar. He had shared the screen with Tapan Prajapati, Priya Barad and Geet Brahmbhatt. In 2022, Shruhad had acted in the web series called, Bhamara directed by Vainat Desai, Sanjay Galsar, Smit Joshi and Pratik Rathod.
His other notable roles for which he was garnered with praises are films and web series. He acted in Bhamara in a television series of 2022 and 2023.
In 2024, he was seen in the film Belong alongside Deeksha Joshi directed by Dev Mehta. The same year Shruhad had acted in the film Trisha on the Rocks scripted and directed by Krishnadev Yagnik, wherein the actor had shared the screen presence with Janki Bodiwala, Ravi Gohil, Hiten Kumar and Nayak Kalash.
He was acted in Udan Choo in the same year which was directed by Anish Shah. He acted opposite Deven Bhojani, Prachee Shah, Aarjav Trivedi and Aarohi Patel.
Shruhad’s next film was Kaashi Raaghav directed by Dhruv Goswami. The other actors in the film are Jayesh More and Pihushree Ghadvi. He had also acted in Caught in the Act directed by Dev Mehta with Kshitij Kapoor.
Shruhad was later in the film Happy Friendship Day which was directed by Nikul.
