Navya Naveli Nanda

Unlike Agastya Nanda, Navya Naveli’s brother who is following the footsteps of his maternal grandparents Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, Navya is not interested working in films .Though she comes from a family of superstars , with Abhishek Bachchan is her maternal uncle, her mother’ s brother, his wife Aishwarya Rai her aunt, Ranbir Kapoor is her cousin and many other film personalities in the Kapoor family has not influenced her to follow the trend !

Navya Naveli is instead making waves with joining her father in his company Escorts Group and is working towards being an entrepreneur and has chosen to keep away from the film industry.  While Navya Naveli acknowledges she comes from a very privileged background she has carved her path at a young age. She believes that everyone has a last name that may be prestigious or a responsibility to carry on the legacy but irrespective of the field they are in.  She admits wherever she is today it is because of the legacy she has, and she promise to make them proud, given the opportunities from a young age that not many girls would have got. She went on to say the rich culture and legacy and the privileged family background help her to carve her own career path.

Navya always remained focused on her academic journey that had sparked up some controversy sometime back and she had garnered some attention on social media. 

Navya in one of the social media news, received lot of praises and appreciation from her associate professor, Ms. Promila Agarwal. 

Navya Naveli already an entrepreneur runs her own Non-Profit Organization called the Project Naveli which caters to women;s rights. She stepped into the business world and has co-founded the healthcare portal Aara Health.

She also hosted her own Podcast Show, What the Hell Navya, a series in 2022, a feel-good show that brought 3 women from different generations to share their thoughts on thought-provoking topics and this show brought the three Bachchan girls in one frame.

Navya Naveli Nanda ‘s only limelight on screen as an actress was seen in Dinning with the Kapoors, in Kaun Banega Crorepati in 2000 opposite her grandfather Amitabh Bachchan, and on youtube for her own podcast, What the Hell Navya in the year 2022.
