experiences, such people deserve appreciation and recognition which they often
don't receive. Yesterday at the 25th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Foundation Awards
2023 we experienced an amazing thought put into the event by committee members.
The thought was to honor every person working behind the camera in making the
stories on screen alive.
At Dada Saheb Phalke Film Foundation
Awards 2023 which was held in Mumbai, 30 Awards were presented in the
“Technical Awards” category. From makeup artists to set designers every
professional who works on a film set to shape the final product that entertains
and inspires audiences got acknowledged at yesterday's award.
Often forgetting the people working
behind the camera is not intentional but rather a result of how media and
public attention tend to focus more on the actors or visible faces in the
entertainment industry. But taking the time to appreciate their work and
advocate for increased recognition for their efforts is important; thankful to
committee members and Chairperson Ashfaque Khopekar sir of the Dada Saheb
Phalke Film Foundation Awards these talented people working behind the camera
got a chance to shine bright for the evening.
Yesterday's evening was filled with
gratitude and respect for unsung heroes of the film industry. Few of these
heroes expressed their emotions and talked about their struggles after winning
the magnificent trophy and some showcased their talent to entertain the
audience.
There is so much more to know about this
star-studded night; all the fantastic performances, celebrities who attended
the event, and who went back home with the inspiring trophy resembling legend
Dada Saheb Phalke. This prestigious event was carried out very well by the
committee and organizers.
