Aakhri Khat (1966)

Aakhri Khat is an Emotional-Romantic Family Thriller Drama Film crafted with excellence and written by Chetan Anand. The Story revolves around the life of Govind (played by Rajesh Khanna)- A Kind-Man- who fell in love with Lajoo (played by Indrani Mukherjee)- A Poor girl and wanted to marry secretly and they eventually married each other. He relocated to the city for work- but Lajoo Stepmother sells her to another man for the sake of money- so Govind denied the relationship with her and she sends him many letters claiming Buntu his Son, but the final letter he received was Buntu being sent to him and she is in deathbed, leading to consequences.
