Anpadh (1962)

Anpadh is an Emotional-Romantic Family Tragedy Drama Film crafted with excellence and written by Mohan Kumar. The Story revolves around the life of Lajwanti (played by Mala Sinha)- A Kind-Hearted and sweet woman living with her Elder Brother- who never sent her to school after their parent's demise. He arranged her marriage with an Educated Man Deepak (played by Dharmendra)- A Kind-Hearted man living with his family and they married happily. Things get complicated- when Deepak and his family come to know she is Illtetrate and Deepak started to educate her and fell in love- but In-Laws started torturing her, leading to an accident of Deepak and lost his life. Things worsen - When Lajwanti finds herself being thrown out of the house by In-laws, even she is pregnant, leading to consequences.
