Anuradha is an Emotional-Romantic Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. The Story revolves around the life of Anuradha (played by Leela Naidu)- A Talented and Kind Singer living with her Father who fells in love with city-based Doctor Nirmal (played by Balraj Sahni)- A Kind-Hearted man and together they marry after their parents agree. She left singing and become a Housewife and gave birth to a child but her life gets down and depressed after Nirmal neglects her.
