“Arasiyalla Idhellam Saadharnamappa” is a 2018 Tamil-language comedy film written and directed by Avinaash Hariharan and produced by Kavya Venugopal. The film features Veera, Malavika Nair, and Pasupathi in the lead roles, with Robo Shankar and others providing the laughs in supporting roles. What begins as a series of disconnected stories slowly evolves into a catch of humorous misadventures. Due to a series of miscommunications, misidentifications, and a dash of lucky confusion, the main characters are forced to deal not only with each other but also with their respective personal disasters. The movie handles contemporary urban woes and the uncertainty of politics and romance with a light-hearted touch.

The movie is enjoyed for its light-hearted approach and new comedy setups. Veera, making his first comedy debut, impresses with his sense of timing, while Malavika Nair and Pasupathi provide a counterpoint to the craziness. Robo Shankar gives some of the film's best moments with his trademark approach. Despite the plot being one-dimensional, “Arasiyalla Idhellam Saadharnamappa” takes the form of a light-hearted entertainer with charm and jokes in equal proportions.
