"Baba Black Sheep" is a 2023 Tamil-language school drama film written and directed by Rajmohan Arumugam. Directed by Romeo Pictures and produced by Raahul. It stars RJ Vigneshkanth, Ammu Abhirami, Abdul Ayaz, and Narendra Prasad in the main roles. The movie portrays school life, friendship, rivalry, and teen love with a blend of humor and emotion.

The background is a school with two divisions: a higher secondary boy's school and a co-ed school, separated by a compound wall. The boy's section is dominated by an untamed gang led by "Ayaz" (RJ Vigneshkanth), while the co-ed side is dominated by "NP" (Narendra Prasath) and "Nila" (Ammu Abhirami). The two schools have the same management but are conducted separately due to disciplinary issues.

The story takes a turn when the school principal suddenly passes away, leaving the staff in a dilemma about how to handle both divisions. As a solution, the management uses their brains and merges the two schools into one. What follows is pure chaos, with non-stop fights between the two student bodies. Amidst all the tension, a lovely romance begins to blossom between "Ayaz and Nila."

In a bid to minimize the friction, the school organizes science fairs, student elections, and cultural events. The tension still exists. It comes to a boiling point when Ayaz is issued a transfer certificate after a serious fight. To everyone's surprise, NP and her group support him, bringing the two rival groups together. Amidst this new friendship, the students find a letter of suicide, leading them into a further mystery; whose letter is this and why was it written?

"Baba Black Sheep" is nostalgic with school days as it has a lighthearted tone and campus setting. Humour works in the first half but is unable to leave an emotional mark in the second. However, it's a nostalgic and pleasant ride for those who like youth-based plots.
