Bheem Singh is an honest and diligent police officer who keeps the law and order of the city at all costs. Soon he begins to sense that all his hard work is going down the drain with the powerful and influential people, who corrupt the system. He no longer has any control over the injustice and loopholes in the judiciary system. He is especially upset that his wife who is an advocate, lets criminals go scot free based on technical glitches and evidence. He thus decides to quit the police duty and becomes a bandit himself. He then dishes out his own justice by killing the bandits and becomes the most wanted man.
The film is directed by Dinesh Saxena and produced by N P Singh. The music is composed by R D Burman. The star cast includes Shatrughan Sinha, Jayaprada, Ranjeet, Sujit Kumar, Bharat Bhushan, Rajendranath, C S Dubey, Hina Kausar and Nandita Thakur.
