Das Baje (1942)

Das Baje is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Thriller Family Drama Film crafted with excellence by Raja Nene. The Story revolves around the life of Dilip (played by Paresh Bannerjee)- a kind-hearted boy living in poor conditions along with his family and fells in love with Asha (played by Urmila)- a sweet girl from his college and wanted to marry her- but her father wanted her to marry Dr. Ramesh (played by Vasant Thengadi)- a talented doctor and they sacrifices their love- but things get complicated- when Dilip is seriously injured in a road accident, Dr. Ramesh is faced with the prospect of operating on, and thus saving the life of, his romantic rival.
