“Dikkiloona” is a 2021 Tamil science fiction comedy film by Karthik Yogi, starring Santhanam in a triple role along with Anagha and Shirin Kanchwala. Mixing time travel with comedy and emotional drama, the movie looks into how changing the past might have unexpected and sometimes ironic consequences.

Mani (Sathanam), a former hockey player turned lineman, lives in 2027 with his wife, Priya (Anagha), trapped in an unhappy and regretful marriage. Once being full of hope, Mani's life now hangs heavy in disappointment, and his relationship with Priya and her parents is strained due to his failure. While he finds a secret time travel experiment led by a team of quirky scientists, Mani and his friend Albert decide to travel back to 2020 two days before his wedding in order to alter the path of his life.

In 2020, he meets his younger self in the form of EB Mani and shows him a bleak glimpse of their shared future. Convinced of the reality he is presented with, the young Mani calls off his wedding with Priya and weds Meghna (Shirin), Priya's friend, whom he believes is more suitable.

Flash forward to 2027 again EB Mani is a hockey champion, but his marriage with Meghna is failing. Meghna turns out to be uninterested and indifferent, and EB Mani regrets that he had meddled with his past. In an attempt to undo the effects, he again tries time travel but finds himself in a psychiatric hospital due to technical mistakes. There he encounters another one of his rebirths named Goundamani, confusing him further.

Finally, the younger Mani enjoys the virtues of unconditional love and decides to marry Priya when she promises to love him for what he is. In the final timeline, Mani is content to live happily ever after with Priya and return to playing hockey, taking success as well as love into his own hands.
