Naren Ahuja, played by Ajay Devgn is a bank manager who is going through a divorce and a midlife crisis. He is besotted by a young intern June Pinto, played by Shazahn Padamsee who has just joined his office and is trying to impress her. Abhay Suri, played by Emraan Hashmi is a gym trainer and is a typical play boy. He has zeroed in on a rich socialite older women who he is desperately trying to impress.
Milind Kelkar, played by Omi Vaidya is an agent at a matrimonial firm who happens to meet an RJ called Gungun, played by Shraddha Das during a Poetry recitation contest. He falls head over heels in love with her but she ignores his advances and only wants to be friends.
Naren who now lives alone in his huge apartment feels lonely and decides to keep paying guests and puts up an advertisement for the same. That’s when Abhay and Milind see the ad and start staying with Naren as paying guests. Over the course of time the three men become good friends and confide in each other about life.
