The Story revolves around the life of Purnima (played by Kumari Naaz)- A Sweet orphan girl living with her caring Grandfather and a Cruel Aunt- who wanted her to leave them and get rid of her. She fells in love with Jaggu (played by Master Romi)- A simple boy and friend of her from childhood-who supported her in every situation. Rupa (played by Vijaya Choudhury)- A relative of Aunty- A Handicapped girl became a sister to Purnima and spends their happy time together and all of them cross the life struggles with self-confidence, leading to consequences.
