Ram and Sadhna fall in love and get married. They both live a wealthy lifestyle where he works and earns well in a multinational organization. One night after a drunken stupor, Ram confesses to Sadhna that he is having an affair with her friend Urvashi. This breaks her heart and she decides to divorce him. Ram feels guilty and asks for pardon and her parents too try to convince her to let go of his one mistake but its too late. She has made up her mind and files for divorce. After that however Sadhna discovers that she is carrying his child. Sadhna begins working and moves into a new house. Years later when Ram and Sadhna meet, it turns out that he is the new manager of the office where she works. He tries to rekindle things and even gets close to their son Raju, but will she ever forgive him? The film is directed by T Rama Rao and produced by A Purnachandra Rao. The music is composed by Laxmikant Pyarelal. The star cast includes Jeetendra, Rekha, Shabana Azmi, Asrani, Mazhar Khan, Jagdish Raaj, Nazneen, Richa and Pinky.
