Twin sister Geeta and Anjali are close to each other. Geeta teaches music while Anjali is a renowned dancer. Geeta meets college professor Sagar and they fall in love. Before they know it one thing leads to another and the two are happily married. Soon they have a child and their family seems complete. Geeta however is of a suspicious nature and keeps doubtingSagar when he comes late from college, thinking he might be having an affair. One day however things turn for the worse when one of Sagar’s students Kaveri, tries to flirt with him so can pass her in her exams. He flatly refuses to give in to her and this upsets Kaveri, who accuses Sagar of molesting her.
Sagar is suspended from his job and investigations are carried out to find out the truth. Hearing this Geeta leaves Sagar in fury. Anjali who was also close to Sagar doesn’t believe that he could do this and goes to his house assuming the identity of Geeta to find out the truth. The film is directed and produced by Shakti Samanta. The star cast includes Jeetendra, Rekha, Dalip Tahil,Asrani,Ajit Vachani,Achyut Potdar,Ram Mohan,Tarun Ghosh,Vijay Arora, Sushmeeta Mukherji and Ameeta Nangia.
