G2: Goodachari 2 is an upcoming Telugu-language action spy thriller directed by Vinay Kumar Sirigineedi, who is making his directorial debut. The film is a sequel to the hit 2018 movie Goodachari and features Adivi Sesh reprising his role as Agent Gopi. Joining the cast are Emraan Hashmi, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Madhu Shalini.

The story is centred around Agent Gopi, alias Gopi 116, who undertakes a high-threat mission out of India. Being entrusted to save his country, he discovers a new and dangerous enemy in Michael, played by none other than Bollywood superstar Emraan Hashmi. Michael, with his other avatar name as Prince Vithal, will surely mean business as the principal antagonist.

Wamiqa Gabbi starts off with a pivotal role, giving depth and complexity to the script with emotive presence. It is a mix of espionage and action sequences at various international locations combined that makes G2 a sequel built on many aspects of its predecessor, while exploring new challenges and difficulties in the world of spies.

Written by Ritesh Rajwada and Adivi Sesh, the film promises to be an exciting ride, an action thriller into the life of a secret agent. The film develops not only in the context of adventure and action but also issues of loyalty, sacrifice, and the personal cost of living such a life.
