Imtihan is an Emotional-Romantic Family Tragedy Drama Film crafted with excellence by Madan Sinha. The Story revolves around the life of Madhu Shastri (played by Tanuja)- A Wealthy daughter of a widowed Principal, Living her lavish lifestyle. She falls in love with a Pilot, but her life turns upside-down when he died due to a crash, and she falls from stairs in shock, leading her Handicapped. Years Later, she meets Professor Pramod (played by Vinod Khanna), and his friendly nature attracted her, but when the news outburst about an affair of Pramod with a girl, she left heatbroken.
