Janmabhoomi is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Social-Thriller Family melodrama film crafted with excellence by Franz Osten. The Story revolves around the life of Dr. Ajay (played by Ashok Kumar)- a kind-hearted man living with his family and meets with Protima (played by Devika Rani)- a sweet girl and they fell in love and shifted to village for the betterment of it- but things get complicated- when an evil landlord opposes thier scheme of changes and causes trouble in thier life- but fate plays its role, leading to consequences.
