Jhoola is an Emotional-Romantic Family Musical Drama Film exceptionally crafted by K. Shankar. The Story revolves around the life of Dr. Arun (played by Sunil Dutt)- An Educated and Kind-Hearted man living with his happy family in the city- who moves to another town for work. He falls in love with Sumati (played by Vyjayanthimala)- A Sweet girl and they agree to marry each other. However, he convinces his parents to visits her home- things get complicated- when they come home and orders him to not marry Sumati- for a Dark Secret, leading to consequences.
