Ji Chahta Hai is an Emotional-Romantic Family Tragedy Drama Film crafted with excellence by Bibhuti Mitra. The Story revolves around the life of Uttam (played by Joy Mukherjee)- An orphan living his life into struggles and comes to know about an Advertisement in the Newspaper about an Elderly Couple- who requires a couple for their house and he meets with Meeta (played by Rajshree)- A Sweet girl and has a Misunderstanding with her but they together formed as Fake couple and wents to the House. Things get complicated- when they all come to know the Truth- Uttam is the son of the Man and Meeta, in reality, married him in past, leading to consequences.
