The film released in 1970 is directed by Arjun Hingorani and is a mystery drama, starring Dharmendra, Babita andPran.
It opens with the killing of Raj Bahadur Jagdish Prasad(Murad) in an accident staged by his enemies. Asha(Babita) is the daughter of the victim and has an uncle Daljit prasad who is cunning and greedy for her wealth. Anand(Dharmendra)meets her during their sea journey and they fall in love with each other. Asha knowing her uncle well kills him one night when she witnesses him molesting her friend. Anand who is a CID inspector investigates who the killers of Raj Bahadur Jagdish Prasad are and meanwhile Asha tries to hide the body of Daljit Prasad and tries to escape. There are many incidents and twists till the mystery is solved.
