Kadhal Vizhigal (2020)

“Kadhal Vizhigal” is a Tamil action thriller written and directed in 2020 by Sri Sumathi. Lead actors Sri Sumathi and Jayablan from the movie which follows an intensive fight between some of the officials and the other merciless gangster to retrieve classified information from some DVD. It opens with a responsible police officer named “Rajashekhar” entrusting a highly sensitive DVD to his friend “Muthusami”, for it was not safe in the hands of the police. The DVD has the top-secret information about the Indian Army. Such a valuable piece of information can be very well targeted by some dangerous criminals. Meanwhile, a notorious gangster named “Nagalingam” discovers the existence of the DVD and is not going to stop for anything to get it. He bribes Rajashekhar with a huge sum of money, but Rajashekhar is unyielding towards his responsibility and rejects it. Nagalingam takes a big hearted evil move where he assaults Rajashekhar's wife to drill into his head. Under these extreme circumstances, Rajashekhar does not look away from his mission. However, before Nagalingam can steal the DVD, he gets arrested by a higher-ranking police officer for his crimes. But the danger is far from over. The DVD is still a prime target, and more powerful enemies may be after it. As the plot unfolds, some questions arise within the movie-Will Rajashekhar keep the DVD from the clutches of criminals? What happens to Muthusami, with whom the responsibility of the secret is now passed?
