Kanoon is an Emotional-Romantic Musical-Social-Thriller Family Drama film crafted with excellence by Abdul Rashid Kardar. The Story revolves around the life of Ashok and Usha- who are friends in college who fall in love with each other. They have a common issue that unites them; the social evil of young girls forcibly married off to older men.
