He promises to marry her if she gives him information. Sonia agrees to this risky deal. She betrays the Don to follow her heart. She tells Vijay about the Don's travel plans.

Vijay's team moves to capture Salim Sultan. The Don escapes during the chaos. Sonia overhears Vijay refer to her as a 'call girl.' Heartbroken by his betrayal, she tragically shoots herself. The movie shows the harsh reality of Mumbai's crime world. It is a sad look at betrayal and the search for dignity.
