Baldev Sharma and Gopi have been close friends since childhood. They have shared every secret, joy and sadness together. As they grow up however Baldev turns out to be the more fortunate ones out of the two. He becomes a police officer and relocated to another town with his wife Geeta. Gopi however does not do so well for himself. He is an ordinary key maker and a lock repairman. Both of their destinies take them to different journeys but they still remain friends. The film is directed by Vijay Deep and produced by J R Malhotra. The music is composed by Kalyanji Anandji. The star cast includes Amjad Khan, Suresh Oberoi, Padmini Kolhapure, Vinod Mehra, Chand Usmani, Madan Puri, Mohan Sheri, Pran and Vikas Anand.
