Raju lives a poor lifestyle with his disabled mother and is looking for a good job. That is when he meets a textile owner and saves his life. Coincidentally Raju has an interview in his office and as soon as he sees him he gives Raju the job. The real owner of the factory is however Sheetal, the daughter of the old man. She is very particular about rules and wants her factory to be the most successful. She and Raju don’t begin on a good note and they are constantly at loggerheads. Soon the union chooses Raju as their leader and he starts fighting for the worker’s rights. This infuriates Sheetal and she threatens to throw Raju out but all the workers stand in his support.

Soon Sheetal hatches a plan to teach him a lesson and goes to his house to ask his mother for Raju’s hand in marriage. His mother is very happy and agrees. Raju initially denies but seeing that Sheetal has changed he agrees too. Soon she starts showing her true colors and starts to humiliate him.
