Logout is one of the recently released movies of the drama genre. This new film’s story is about a young man named Pratyush Dua, who is a charismatic social media influencer whose online presence is about to reach the milestone of ten million followers, and as he nears this milestone, his sister, Ananya, gets concerned due to his obsession with the digital validation. Then, Pratyush’s life collapses when his smartphone gets stolen at a public event and an anonymous hacker, ‘Shadow,’ hacks all of his social media accounts and this unleashes a campaign of digital vandalism that soon escalates into a full-blown invasion of privacy. Further, Shadow manipulates Pratyush’s public image through his social media handles, wherein he leaks his intimate details and exploits his confidential data, that leaves him isolated, and then he is forced to face public backlash despite of the efforts taken by his social media manager Vikram and the police inspector, Rhea. What will happen further? Will Pratyush be able to find the hacker? Can Shadow escape himself? This is one of the recent movie releases that has entertained the audiences through its drama, suspense and thrill blended with the futuristic visuals and a storyline set in the backdrop of a digital world.
