Shravan, played by Sanjay Dutt is a an arrogant, wealthy and ruthless man. He always has his way and buys his way into anything and everything he desires. One day he meets a beautiful and bubbly girl called Varsha and falls head over heels in love with her. He befriends her and soon proposes to her and a naïve Varsha agrees. The couple gets engaged and soon goes on a holiday. Everything seems great till one day Varsha’s world comes crashing down. Shravan tells Varshsa that he was only interested in sleeping with her.
A devastated Varsha leaves town and goes far away. She even changes her identity and name to Payal. She later meets Karan, played by Ajay Degn and both fall in love. They decide to get married and begin the preparations. However Payal has no idea that Shravan is going to come back into her life to haunt her, as he is Karan’s brother. Shravan sees Payal and recognizes her. Karan on learning the truth is hurt and upset that he was not told about their past relationship. However, Shravan who is now guilty, confesses to Karan that it was all his fault and he ruined Varsha’s life.
The movie is directed by Afzal Khan and produced by Shabina Khan. The music is composed by Ismail Darbar.
