Naukar Biwi Ka (1983)

Amar Nath is a diligent and honest police officer who arrests the notorious gangster Pinto who also uses other alias like Abdul, Deshbandhu, etc. Pinto is then sentenced to several years in prison. Meanwhile Amar who is from a well to do family fall sin love with Sheela from a poor family. His father Bishamber Nath however is against this marriage, thus the couple leave home and get married. Soon they have a daughter named Jyoti. Jyoti’s is married off as a child to a young Deepak. Meanwhile Pinto is released from jail and he kills Amar and his wife. Jyoti is saved by their chauffer and taken to Bishambher, who now looks after his granddaughter. When Jyoti and Deepak grow up, the latter’s poor mother goes to confirm the marriage between the two youngsters. However an arrogant Jyoti shuns and humiliates her. Deepak is furious and asks her to apologize to his mother. Soon they both fall in love when she asks Deepak to pretend to be her husband to convince her grandfather. The film is directed by Raj Kumar Kohli and produced by Nishi Kohil. The music is composed by Bappi Lahiri. The star cast includes Dharmendra, Raj Babbar, Reena Roy, Rajeev Anand, Om Prakash, Kader Khan, Pran, Vinod Mehra, Anita Raaj and Neeta Mehta.
