Periyanna

Much to their surprise, the locals are still unbothered, and they quickly find out that the person orchestrating such a killing is the feared village chief, Periyanna. Determined to hold him accountable, the couple fights back, only to discover the truth about his history. Over time, they become smitten with him, and Periyanna vows to fund their romance by performing their marriage. As the story races to its climax, the suspense shifts focus from whether Periyanna can keep his word to whether the girl’s father will prevail in using the parameters of the legal system to rip them apart.
