Prem Pratha Dhumshaan (2022)

This is a love story of a young couple Shyam and Payal, in the villages of Kokan. There happens a ritual in that village once in every 3 year "GAVPALAN". It is a traditional lockdown where the entire village shuts its border and the villagers stay out of their homes in the forest for 5 days. As Payal's family do not accept their love since Shyam is from a lower caste,They decides to flee to Pune. Since the Anti-Superstition Committee had created a commotion,the villagers plan to start the Gavpalan secretly andShyam and Payal get stuck in this sudden lockdown. Due to this social tradition, the story of Shyam and Payal remains incomplete and have possessed the minds of the villagers for years.
