The Story revolves around the life of Shyam (played by Manoj Kumar)- A Kind-Hearted boy living with his widowed mother after his father died- due to drinking alcohol and they found assistance under Noormohammed's house. Years later- he fells in love with Rekha (played by Shakila)- A Beautiful girl and his collegue and together they wanted to marry.
