Jeevan, a young man hopelessly and deeply in love with Sera, who is arranged to wed Rajeev Nambiar, a strict and respected police officer. Not wanting to lose Sera, he plans to run away with her secretly on the day she is supposed to get engaged. But before they are able to get away, fate takes an unexpected turn when the gangster Wolf enters their story, and all of a sudden, a simple elopement becomes complicated due to a very confusing day of events. Jeevan and Sera found themselves stuck in the middle of gangsters, musty cops and a lot of misunderstanding. Rajeev, not knowing the real story, starts to pursue Jeevan himself adding to the mounting tension of the day.
All of this takes place in a single day with multiple chases, cases of mistaken identities, funny moments, and conflicted motives collide, creating unintended and often funny situations which make the day more unpredictable. Finally, by the end of the day's frenzy, secrets revealed, misunderstandings cleared, relationships changed, but love, differently and unexpectedly, ultimately wins out. The characters all walk away from the day a little wiser from the day's experience.
