Sachidanand is an honest and hard working school teacher. He has changed many schools due to his honesty and intergrity, which many cannot handle. One day things take a turn for the worse when he witnesses a brutal rape and agrees to testify against it. He puts the blame on a prominent minister’s son for being responsible for the crime. Before the final court hearing the police in the guise of police protection, mentally toture Sachidanand and force him to commit suicide. His son Vishal, played by Sunny Deol and his mother are devastated. Vishal goes on a furious rampage killing policemen and officials. He is then arrested and thrown behind bars.
The court then hands Vishal a court sentence of 3 years to life in prison for the crime, to which he questions the court for hiring corrupt people in their system, who leave honest people no choice but to end their lives in dismay. The movie is directed by Guddu Dhanoa and produced by Guddu Dhanoa and Rajiv Tolani. The star cast includes Sunny Deol, Raveena Tandon, Anupam Kher,Amrish Puri,Mohan Joshi,Mahavir Shah,Harish Patel,Deven Verma,Rummy Dhillon,Ravi Patwardhan, Farida Jalal and Manisha Koirala.
